At Critalu, our company specializing in the brokerage of window and door sales, we understand how important clear and efficient communication is at every stage of the delivery process. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered within a lead time of 6 to 14 weeks. This lead time is crucial to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of every order, from the initial consultation to the final delivery.

Lead Time (6-14 weeks):

• The 6-14 week lead time allows us to customize, manufacture, and deliver windows and doors to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• The lead time depends on factors such as product type, material, size, quantity, and any special requirements.

• Custom orders or special configurations may require a longer lead time, while more standard products can be processed more quickly.

Example Lead Times by Material:

• Wood - 8 weeks

• Aluminium - 8 weeks

• Steel - 12 weeks

• PVC - 6 weeks

Please note that the delivery time is calculated in weeks from each Monday after the approval of the technical documentation and the deposit payment for the order.

In case of any changes to the product specifications, the lead time will be revised and confirmed again.
